Mr. Christopher Bowen is the Principal of Revere High School.  Chris is dedicated to creating an inclusive, restorative, and academically rigorous school culture that prepares our students to achieve our Vision of the Graduate.  He is passionate about providing competency-based learning experiences, ensuring every student is known and supported, and developing personalized learning pathways so that all students can connect their learning to meaningful college, career, and life opportunities.   He began his career as a middle school math teacher and later served as a teacher, class advisor, and alternative program coordinator at Framingham High School, before joining RHS in 2018 as 9th Grade Academy Assistant Principal.  He holds degrees in Mathematics, Sociology, and Educational Leadership from Boston College, along with a Graduate Certificate in Restorative Practices from the International Institute of Restorative Practices. Above all, Chris is committed to ensuring our school provides Revere's young people with the deeper learning experiences necesary to develop competencies that all students to graduate ready to thrive in the world beyond high school.  He is excited to work with the Revere High School Community to build a school culture that is inclusive, restorative and focussed on academic excellence through deeper learning.

Shay St. Laurent is the Deputy Principal at Revere High School. She brings over 20 years of experience in high school teaching and instructional leadership, most recently serving as Director of Curriculum and Instruction for Grades 6–12 in Portsmouth Public Schools, New Hampshire. In that role, she led curriculum alignment, assessment design, and professional development, and co-chaired major district initiatives including Portrait of a Graduate Integration, Strategic Planning, NEASC accreditation and the transition to an inquiry-based model of instruction.  Prior to Portsmouth, Shay served Andover Public Schools as PK–12 Program Coordinator for Digital Learning and Innovation, where she oversaw blended learning and built professional learning systems that supported both educators and students through shifts in instruction, technology integration and deeper learning initiatives. 

Shay’s leadership has consistently focused on creating relevant, rigorous, and student-centered learning experiences, priorities that deeply align with our vision of competency based learning. She launched and facilitated the Innovation Lab course grounded in design thinking, helped lead Andover’s IDEAStudio and Maker programs, and coordinated Andover’s Global Pathways Program to expand global learning and post-secondary readiness. Her work empowering teacher leaders, rethinking instructional models, and building systems that support equity makes her an ideal partner in advancing our core commitments to competency-based learning, personalized learning pathways, and deeper learning experiences.

RHS Assistant Principal

Ms. Julianne Falzarano is the Assistant Principal for Student Support Team 2.  A Revere High School graduate, she has been working in Revere Public Schools since 2007 as a Mathematics/Business Teacher at RHS as well as the Head Coach of the RHS Cheerleading Team. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Northeastern University and continued her studies receiving a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from Lesley University and most recently earned her Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Educational Leadership through the University of Massachusetts Boston. She is passionate about involving students in decision making, creating exciting learning pathways, and helping students make connections in the building as well as with our Revere Community that will provide them with the resources to succeed while at RHS and beyond. RHS Assistant Principal

Ms. Afton Dean is the Assistant Principal for Student Support Team 4 at Revere High School. Prior to Revere High School, she spent ten years in the Lynn Public Schools as an Instructional Technology Teacher. Ms. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Bentley University, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Southern New Hampshire University and an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Gordon College. With a passion for equipping students with college and career readiness skills, Ms. Dean is dedicated to promoting a safe and supportive environment that fosters learning and success for all students. She is also the proud handler of Bentley, our school therapy dog.

RHS Assistant Principal

Lena Marie Rockwood, Ed.D. is the Assistant Principal for Student Support Team 1.  She has been working in the RPS district since 1999. She taught science at GMS for eight years and was an assistant principal at Lincoln Elementary for seven years, Rumney Marsh Academy for three years before moving to the high school in 2017 as the Freshman Academy Assistant Principal for the Class of 2021. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Education at Salem State and her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. She has completed the Certificate in School Management and Leadership (CSML), which is a joint program of the Harvard School of Education and the Harvard Business School. Dr. Rockwood is a passionate reader who continues to encourage students (and adults) to read for pleasure in an effort to help them develop a lifelong love of reading. She is actively involved with the International Literacy Association and has been on the Social Justice Literature Award Committee for several years. When not at school, she will most likely be found reading a book or assembling a jigsaw puzzle.

RHS Assistant Principal

Ms. Feehan is the Assistant Principal for Student Support Team 5. Ms. Feehan joined the RHS Administration Team in August 2024, as the Assistant Principal for the Multilingual Learner Community. As a first-generation Spanish as a first language student herself, Ms. Feehan is passionate about providing multilingual and multicultural students and families equitable education practices. Ms. Feehan holds a Bachelor and Master Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Following the completion of a Master’s in Social Work, Ms. Feehan earned a second Masters in Educational Leadership and Management from Fitchburg University, MA. She also holds a certificate in Creative Leadership from the Perrone-Sizer Institute for Creative Leadership.

La Sra. Feehan es la subdirectora del Equipo de Apoyo Estudiantil 5. Se unió al equipo administrativo de RHS en agosto de 2024 como subdirectora de la Comunidad de Estudiantes Multilingües. Como estudiante de primera generación que tiene español como lengua materna, la Sra. Feehan se apasiona por brindar prácticas educativas equitativas a estudiantes y familias multilingües y multiculturales. La Sra. Feehan tiene una licenciatura y una maestría de la Universidad de Wisconsin-Madison. Tras completar una maestría en Trabajo Social, la Sra. Feehan obtuvo una segunda maestría en Liderazgo y Gestión Educativa de la Universidad de Fitchburg, MA. También cuenta con un certificado en Liderazgo Creativo del Instituto Perrone-Sizer de Liderazgo Creativo.
